Submission Terms & Chart Eligibility
Effective date: January 30, 2026
These Submission Terms apply when you submit a song to the SIQA Verified Registry, operated by The Sonic Intelligence Academy, Inc. ("SIQA"). They sit alongside SIQA's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Anti-Manipulation & Fraud Policy.
What a submission is
A submission asks SIQA to review a released recording for inclusion in the registry and for editorial chart consideration. SIQA does not host, distribute, license, or monetize music, does not verify copyright ownership, and does not guarantee registry inclusion, chart placement, or any particular ranking.
Who may submit
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be the artist, or be authorized to act for the artist (management, label, or team).
- One person or organization may manage multiple artist profiles, but each profile must represent a real artist project.
Chart eligibility guidelines
A submitted recording is eligible for chart consideration when all of the following are true:
- Publicly released. The recording is commercially available on at least one public streaming or download platform at the time of submission.
- Release date window. The release date is on or after January 1, 2022 and is not in the future.
- AI involvement disclosed. The submission declares an AI classification: Fully AI-generated, AI-assisted, or Human + AI Hybrid (self-voice cloning).
- Accurate metadata. Artist name, track title, release date, distributor, and identifiers (ISRC/UPC) are accurate and match the released recording.
- One entry per recording. Re-submissions of an already registered song are matched to the existing entry rather than creating a new one.
- Clean engagement. No artificial streaming, bots, click farms, or paid engagement manipulation has been used in connection with the recording.
- Rights respected. The recording does not knowingly infringe copyright, rights of publicity, or voice/likeness rights, and any AI voice or likeness use is authorized where required.
Charts are editorial. SIQA weighs verified registry data and available performance signals, and may exclude, delay, or remove any recording at its discretion, including where data is unreliable or a claim cannot be substantiated.
Your attestations
When you submit, you confirm each statement on the confirmation step. Those confirmations are recorded with your submission and form part of the registry record. Submitting knowingly false information may result in removal of the recording, revocation of verification or certificates, and loss of access.
Review and editorial use
SIQA reviews each submission and may request supporting evidence. By submitting, you grant SIQA permission to editorially reference the submission, artist name, artwork, and publicly available metadata in connection with the registry, charts, website, and related promotional materials.
